The following are terms and conditions for disturb media's Terry Christmas game 2009.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Winners must be UK residents

The deadline for entries is 2pm on 5th January 2010

The winners will be the player with the highest score at the time of the deadline

One entry per person, although this entry can be constantly updated with higher scores

The winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 48 hrs otherwise they'll forfeit the prize, which will go to the second placed player

Players may continue to play and submit scores after the deadline but no further prizes will be available

disturb media employees and those directly linked with them may not win

We want you to get a bit of Terry Christmas style in your day-to-day life, so the prize is for any 'iD Shoe' (not running shoe or football boot etc).

If you win, we'll ask you to create your own design online, or we'll be happy to design one for you. Agreeing to have the iD 'DISTURB' on the side would make our day!

The winner must agree to send us a photo of them enjoying their prize!

For every player who registers a score of over 300, disturb media will donate 25p to charity.

The first, second, and third placed entrants in the hi-score table will be asked to choose a charity of their choice and the donations will be split between their 3 choices.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to alteration by disturb Ltd at any time
